This free red and white checkerboard scrapbook paper is similar to a tablecloth you'd use at a picnic. (Ants not included.) I thought it was fitting to post it on Memorial Day weekend, which is considered the first weekend of summer in the United States -- even if the calendar disagrees.

The design has a classic retro feel to it, due to the silhouetted chickens and roosters that occupy some of the squares, and the traditional red, pink and white color scheme. I hope you find some good uses for it.
