I believe this free vintage baby scrapbook embellishment was originally a cigar label that has been digitally altered to remove the lettering.
Not your usual Gerber baby, this chubby guy looks more like many real-life babies; he's a little on the pudgy side. The pre-cute-baby-marketing-era look of this scrapbook embellishment enhances the vintage feel, as does the gold filigree work around the edge and the subtle way the aqua color fades into the ivory background.
This vintage baby will be a fun addition to a scrapbook, especially if you write something in the background. Gold or brown ink would be particularly pretty used in conjunction with this image.
